Timeline & Phased Implementation
The transition to a functional village is a multi-generational undertaking that requires significant social adjustment and realistic expectations regarding the multi-year timeline to full productivity. Success is predicated upon a unified, cooperative effort directed toward the flourishing of village life, harmonized with a commitment to a common vision.
Phase 1: Foundation
Following land acquisition and the establishment of the legal entity, families move into temporary housing to begin immediate soil preparation. This phase prioritizes the "80/20" spatial integrity, ensuring 160 acres are secured for conservation and production. Children are integrated into these early labor rhythms to foster a multi-generational attachment to the land and its stewardship.
Phase 2: Infrastructure
Capital is deployed to construct the Commons and Workshop — the civic and industrial engines of the village. This phase includes the establishment of the 120-acre sustainable farm and initial livestock operations, providing the community with its primary insurance against external supply chain volatility. The General Store PMA is activated during this time to manage internal resource distribution within a protected private domain.
Phase 3: Stabilization
The community transitions to permanent housing clusters, such as the Family Crescent and Singles Quads, designed to foster spontaneous social interaction. During this stage, the village formalizes Parish Guild pathways for advanced vocational training and stabilizes its mutual credit system to maintain long-term affordability and economic independence.
